Volunteers Needed! – Trochu Arboretum Forest of Lights setup October 18 & 25

Each December the Arboretum becomes a winter wonderland, created by 400+ volunteer hours.

Join our setup days on October 18 & 25 (10am-3pm) with free food, music, and community spirit.

Businesses, groups, and families are invited to create their own lighting displays for thousands of visitors to enjoy. We need your help to transform the Arb into the spectacular lighting display that is loved by all!

Be Part of the Magic

We can’t create this holiday experience without help from volunteers. We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to assist with setting up lights and decorations, contributing to over 400 man-hours of festive fun!

Volunteer Details:

• Setup Dates: October 18 & 25 (10am-3pm) – help us prepare the Arboretum for December.
• Roles: Hanging lights, decorating trees, installing displays, and general setup.
• Perks: Free food, music, and community spirit, plus a chance to work with a passionate team, and the joy of bringing holiday magic to our community.

Whether you can spare a few hours or a whole day, your help will make a huge difference in creating a memorable experience for everyone.
