The Arboretum Christmas Market is back on Thursday, November 13, 2025, from 3:00 – 7:00 p.m. at the Trochu Community Center.
Be part of an evening filled with festive shopping, food, and holiday cheer. This festive community event will feature local artisans, handmade goods, holiday décor, and delicious treats and a delicious ham dinner. The perfect way to kick off the Christmas season!

Thursday, November 13, 2025, from 3:00 – 7:00 p.m.
Admission $2.00 for 18 years old and up. Kids free. Includes door prize ticket.
Santa will arrive at 5pm.
BRING CASH for the market! Make sure to bring cash for shopping. Some vendors may have payment systems however we cannot guarantee this will be an option.
Supper (Ham, bun and salad), Dessert, Coffee and Drinks
- $15 per person, for meal, coffee, dessert and water (11 years old and up)
- $5.00 for children 5-10 years old (meal, dessert and water )
- FREE for 4 years old and under. (meal, dessert and water )
- $5.00 for Dessert and tea or coffee or juice only.
- $2.00 Can of pop or bottle of water.
- Dinner payments can be made by cash, cheque or e-transfer.

Information for Vendors
Baked Goods – All baked goods must be sealed and labeled following AHS requirements.
Set-Up Time – Arrive between 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM; booths must be ready by 2:45 PM.
Vendor Supper – you will be able to enjoy supper at 2:00 PM before the market opens.
Booth Space – Use assigned space (tables/chairs provided).
Clean-Up – Remove all items and tidy booth by 8:00 PM.
Payments & Sales – Bring your own float, POS system, or payment method.
Licensing/Permits – Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Decor & Displays – Add holiday-themed touches to help create a festive atmosphere.
Insurance (if applicable) – Provide proof of liability insurance if required.
