The Trochu Arboretum & Gardens offers a picturesque setting for your special events, including weddings, receptions, and photography sessions. Our facilities are designed to accommodate various group sizes and event types, ensuring a memorable experience for you and your guests.
Arboretum Rental Packages:
- Ceremony and Photos: $500
- Reception and Photos: $500
- Ceremony, Reception, and Photos: $750
- Photography Session Only: $150
- Visitor Interpretive Centre (VIC) Usage: Additional $50
For events exceeding 100 guests, an additional fee of $1 per guest applies, up to a maximum of 250 guests for ceremonies and 150 guests for receptions. If actual attendance surpasses the booked number, the extra charges will be deducted from the damage deposit.
Damage Deposit:
A refundable damage deposit equal to the rental fee is required. This deposit will only be cashed in the event of damages.
Visitor Interpretive Centre (VIC) Rental:
The VIC is an ideal indoor venue for various events, offering flexibility and comfort.
- Full-Day Rental: $100
- Half-Day Rental (4 hours or less): $65
- Damage Deposit: Equivalent to the rental cost
