Gardening & Grounds keeping
- Garden Care Volunteer – Help with planting, weeding, pruning, and watering.
- Greenhouse Assistant – Support seed starting, transplanting, and greenhouse maintenance.
- Trail & Pathway Maintenance – Keep walkways clear and accessible.
- Invasive Species Removal – Help control and remove unwanted plants.
Events & Community Engagement
- Event Assistant – Help set up and run community events, workshops, and fundraisers.
- Education Program Assistant – Support children’s programs, guided tours, or gardening workshops.
- Photography & Social Media Volunteer – Capture photos and share arboretum news online.
- Newsletter Contributor – Write articles, gardening tips, or community stories.
Administrative & Support Roles
- Visitor Greeter – Welcome guests, provide information, and answer questions.
- Fundraising & Sponsorship Coordinator – Help secure funding and support from businesses and community partners.
- Membership Coordinator – Assist with member sign-ups and engagement.
Special Projects
- Heritage & History Researcher – Document the history of the arboretum and its plants.
- Art & Signage Volunteer – Create educational signage, garden markers, or murals.
- Pollinator & Wildlife Habitat Volunteer – Help enhance spaces for bees, butterflies, and birds.
